These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Namal International website and our business dealings, quotations, orders and supply of products to customers worldwide.
1. Our Products & Services
Namal International manufactures and supplies sportswear, activewear, teamwear, custom apparel, private-label products and other garments for international customers.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are prepared according to the specifications, quantity, materials, customization and delivery requirements provided by the customer.
An order becomes binding only after written confirmation by Namal International. Changes requested after confirmation may affect the price, production time or other agreed terms.
3. Custom & Private-Label Products
For customised, OEM, ODM or private-label products, the customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of all designs, logos, trademarks, artwork, measurements, size charts and specifications supplied or approved by them.
Production may proceed after the relevant specifications, artwork or sample have been approved.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed for each order. Namal International may suspend production or shipment where agreed payments are not received within the agreed time.
Any bank, payment or transaction charges will be handled according to the agreed commercial terms.
5. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery periods are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly confirmed in writing.
International shipments will follow the shipping terms agreed for the relevant order. Where applicable, Incoterms® 2020 may be used to define the agreed delivery responsibilities, costs and risks.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges will be the responsibility of the party identified in the applicable order or shipping term.
6. Quality & Inspection
Namal International aims to manufacture products according to the approved specifications and reasonable industry standards.
Customers should inspect goods promptly after delivery and notify us of any material manufacturing defect or incorrect goods with reasonable supporting evidence.
Where a defect attributable to Namal International is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate commercial remedy, which may include replacement, reproduction, credit or another mutually agreed solution.
7. Cancellation & Returns
Custom-made, personalised, private-label and made-to-order products generally cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind.
If an order is cancelled after materials have been purchased or production has started, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs already incurred.
No goods should be returned without prior written approval from Namal International.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the legal right and necessary permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs or designs supplied to Namal International.
Namal International does not knowingly manufacture or supply products using third-party intellectual property without appropriate customer authorisation.
Our own name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics and original materials remain the property of Namal International and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties should protect confidential commercial information, including designs, pricing, specifications, customer information and business information, and should not disclose such information without proper authorisation except where required by law.
10. Compliance
Each party is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to its own activities.
Namal International may refuse, suspend or terminate a transaction where required by applicable law, customs requirements, sanctions, export controls or other mandatory regulations.
