Material Selection & Fabric Knitting
Every high-performance garment begins with advanced textiles. Synthetic and blended fibers are knitted using specialized techniques to build four-way stretch, moisture-wicking capabilities, and long-lasting durability directly into the fabric.
Precision Pattern Cutting
Computer-aided design (CAD) patterns are laid out to maximize fabric efficiency and ensure an ergonomic fit. Automated laser and blade cutters carve out each panel with pinpoint accuracy to maintain consistent sizing across every piece.
Printing & Sublimation
Custom graphics, vibrant colors, and reflective branding are infused directly into the synthetic fibers using heat-transfer sublimation. This ensures bold visuals that won’t crack, fade, or peel through intense workouts and repeated washes.
Precision Sewing & Flatlock Stitching
Garment panels are joined using specialized flatlock and coverstitch machinery. By laying seams flat against the skin, friction is minimized, preventing chafing during high-impact movement and offering maximum stretch.
Seamless Bonding & Taping
For lightweight, ultra-smooth gear, ultrasonic welding and thermo-bonded seam taping replace traditional stitching. This eliminates bulky seams, reduces weight, and provides seamless comfort for peak performance.
Quality Control & Finishing
Each finished piece undergoes rigorous inspection for stretch recovery, seam strength, and stitching accuracy. Once approved, garments are trimmed, steam-finished, tagged, and packed ready for the training field.
